Yes, you read that correctly, ice cubes can be used in moderation, and not just for that cool glass of lemonade!
Use a small cube of ice to help soothe the pain from acne pimples. Ice will minimize redness and swelling. By simply adding ice for 1 to 2 minutes on your blemish it will help alleviate discomfort.
Try using a small ice cube wrapped in a thin clean cloth and gently gliding it over any “puffy” under eye areas. This little tip can help reduce allergy puffiness and improve the appearance of those tired eyes.
Here’s a tip many may not know; try “priming” your face before applying your make up to help keep your make up stay on for hours longer! Simply take a small ice cube, and rub it on your face quickly to shrink your pores and increase your circulation.
These are a few simple suggestions for minor short-term improvement. Please contact our Dallas office for any on-going skin goals. You could be riddled with acne, acne scaring, tone and texture irregularities, pigment issues or simply dull skin. Make an appointment today!
